The main feature of this model è wide blade, it has excellent balance and is suitable for different uses. It canò be used for meat or fish, shredding or chopping vegetables.

È a versatile knife, the handle è made entirely by hand from neutral stabilized amboine wood aligned with the top of the high carbon steel blade. È a knife to be used as the classic western "chef" knife from which it differs mainly in the more squat shape of the tip and the less curved line of the blade.
