Rosemary dressing obtained from the simultaneous pressing of olives varietà Nocellara del Belìce with the aromatic herb of Sicilian rosemary.

VIZIOLIO AL ROSMARINO is produced from Nocellara del Belìce olives mixed with freshly harvested Sicilian herbs and started together with crushing and extraction “cold” to best preserve the taste and scents.

The oil thus obtained è left rest four monthsi for “aging” in steel silos and under nitrogen before bottling.

The flavor è medium spicy, with fresh hint of rosemary. Uncooked, it can è be used to season chickpeas, baked potatoes, meat, fish, salads and dairy products such as focaccia, bread and pizza.
