Siberian sturgeon is produced using the Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baerii and è gray in color “gunmetal”.
The eggs measure from 2.6 up to 3.0 mm, are in uniform granules with a mild but still consistent appearance and a mild flavor with slight aftertaste of hazelnut and berries.
