Caviar and buffalo mozzarella cheese

Ingredients
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Lemon zest
- Sichuan pepper
- Vittorio Vaccaro Caviar
Preparation
- Cut the buffalo mozzarella and arrange them neatly on a serving platter.
- Grate the zest of a fresh lemon directly onto the mozzarella slices, spreading it evenly for a fresh touch.
- Add a sprinkling of ground Sichuan pepper, to give a hint of warmth and complexity to the dish.
