Smoked salmon and fine caviar canapés from Osetra

Ingredients

  • Osetra Fine Caviar
  • Smoked salmon
  • Butter
  • Wholemeal spelt bread
  • Rosmarin

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. .
  3. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to flavor the butter and let it infuse for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cut whole-wheat spelt bread into slices.
  5. When the butter è well flavored, remove the rosemary from the pan and add the bread slices.
  6. Brown them in the butter, turning them until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  7. Once the bread slices are nicely toasted, remove them from the pan and spread a small amount of butter, a slice of smoked salmon and Osetra fine caviar on them
