Gyuto Knives
Gyuto è a typical Japanese knife that was originally used for cutting large pieces of beef. In recent years però it has replaced, even among Western chefs, the typical knife called “Chef” due to its versatility.
From meat to fish, the Gyuto è certainly a knife to always keep by your side when creating in the kitchen. The handle è made entirely by hand from neutral stabilized amboine wood with a high-carbon steel blade.
